Mold air test – $100
Air contaminant test – $100
Surface swabs – $50
Asbestos test – $100
Home 50 years or older, extra – $50.00
All inspections include full external and internal thermal infrared scans for no additional charge.
All inspections include sensitive moisture meter testing of any areas that look suspicious for no additional charge.
If you request mold, air, or asbestos at the same time we are onsite for the home inspection, we give a 20% discount off those extra test services.
The prices noted do not include tax.
The preferred method of payment is via online email money transfers.

A receipt for payment will be included in the formal report.
